Our pillars

1. Support for widows and orphans

FondAD pays particular attention to widows and orphans, two vulnerable groups.

In the first phase, the aim is to provide comprehensive support, including decent housing, education and healthcare.

In the second phase, we aim to work with beneficiaries to find a viable economic activity. In this way, economic and social autonomy can be achieved.

2. Healthcare

Healthcare is crucial to well-being. We strive to provide access to primary medical care.

This includes financial support for existing and proven medical services, and access to essential treatments and medicines.

We believe that prevention is better than cure, which is why we will also focus on raising awareness on the importance of preventive healthcare.

3. Assistance to the underprivileged

Our promise to the underprivileged translates into support for people in economically and socially precarious situations.

We will seek to meet physiological needs, notably through food and clothing assistance.

We are aware that safety also means safe accommodation. This is why the issue of homelessness will be one of our primary concerns.

4. Education

As we know, education is the key to emancipation and better perspectives for the future.

It is an essential means of promoting autonomy and individual development.

That’s why we invest in educational programs for children and adults. These courses offer opportunities for apprenticeship, professional training and skills development.

To inspire students to achieve their very best, we have also introduced a system of recognition called “Excellence Awards ”.

The Excellence Awards are presented each year to one boy and one girl. It highlights two students who have distinguished themselves by their academic excellence and who have embodied this value in their behavior.

The trophies awarded symbolize the spirit of perseverance and achievement that we seek to promote in education.

“Excellence Awards” cover the full scholarship of the recipients for an entire academic year.

The professional sector will not be forgotten. Soon, we will be launching a network called “The Circle of the Remarkable”. This circle will bring together high-potential individuals, experts in various fields and other noteworthy individuals.

They will work together with a dual objective: to identify and to unleash the full potential of each individual in order to place it at the service of the community.

5. Proclaiming the Gospel

It’s undeniable that psychological and spiritual state play a predominant role in happiness and well-being.

We believe that sharing the good news of the Gospel is essential.

This sharing must be done with love, gentleness and respect for others. To this end, the foundation sponsors and supervises training courses intended for church leaders. We are convinced that a sound knowledge of the subject can help prevent the aberrations associated with false teachers.
